Dóse Subscription Policy

By enrolling in a Dóse subscription ("Subscribe & Save"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. How your subscription works

When you subscribe, you authorize Dóse (MV-Ecommerce LLC) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (e.g. every 30 days) until you cancel. Your subscription continues automatically and does not expire on its own.

You will be charged the subscription price in effect at the time of each renewal, plus applicable taxes. The discounted subscription price applies only for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

2. Billing and renewal

Your first order is charged at checkout. Each subsequent order is charged automatically on your renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder by email before each charge, as required by law.

Renewal dates are fixed to your original order date. We do not prorate, pause-credit, or refund charges that have already been processed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard, or by emailing Support@dosebody.com. Cancellation is effective for all future billing cycles.

Cancellation cutoff: To stop an upcoming order, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date. Cancellations received after that point will apply to the following cycle, because the upcoming order will already have entered processing. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Cancelling does not retroactively remove subscription discounts already received.

4. Refunds on subscription orders

All subscription renewal orders are final once processed. Because you receive an ongoing discount and advance reminders before every charge, we do not offer refunds on shipped subscription orders.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order only, not to recurring renewals.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause your subscription. You remain responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. We are not liable for missed deliveries caused by declined or expired payment methods.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect, and the new price will apply to renewals after that notice. Continuing your subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Modifications by Dóse

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the subscription program at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required by law.

8. Your consent

By subscribing, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy, that you authorize recurring charges, and that you understand how to cancel.
