Important: Please read our returns policy carefully. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Returns
Deadline: You have 30 days after receiving your product to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is relevant, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exceptions: For hygienic reasons, certain personal care products and consumables (including opened supplement products) cannot be returned.
Beginning the Process: To initiate a return, email Support@dosebody.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product if damaged, and your contact details.
Refund
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or No Refund: If you haven't received a refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If the issue persists, contact us atSupport@dosebody.com.
Costs
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue persists with the replacement, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated fulfillment system.
